2 - Final payment, 20 days prior to the commencement of tour.

3 - Otherwise any special arrangements, One Stop Tourism reserves the right to reject any itinerary failing to fulfill conditions 1 and 2.

Cancellations

Favorably, One Stop Tourism is obligated to accommodate the needs and interests of its clients. As being, One Stop Tourism may be obliged to forfeit such needs and interests in view of it’s liability to a third party.

Therefore: 25% of charge deductible if cancellation of tour is less than 30 days in advance of the commencement. 50% of the charge deductible for cancellations less than 15 days prior to commencement of tour. There will be no refund for cancellations of less than a week prior to the commencement of tour.

 
 

Conditions Governing Package Tours

Liability - One Stop Tourism assumes no responsibility for inconveniences caused by any airline, hotel, with regard to schedule changes, hotel room denial, etc., but in taking prestige with all of our customers, One Stop will handle each traveler with the priority of his/her destination in mind. One Stop will take proper care to safeguard the baggage of it’s guests but it will not be liable for any damage or loss of baggage.

Payment Conditions

Upon tour confirmation of any OST booking, payment will be effected as follows:

1 - 50% of the package tour price sent advanced payment via bank transfer or other approved means 30 days prior to the commencement of tour.
